Looking for a great team building opportunity for the whole company? Join us at the Corporate Timber Challenge on Saturday, October 8th 2016. This is a one-of-a-kind business oriented networking and fundraising competition.

Think your team has what it takes for this challenge? This is a competition based on a combination of race time (5k obstacle course), physical skill challenge, brain buster challenge and luck competitions. We know that every company has a diverse mix of talents; this event is designed to even the odds between athletics, smarts, skill and luck.

Three teams will win custom trophies and donations to their cause of choice. Your cause does not have to be a 501c3 organization. It can be a charity, community cause, school organization or other worthy cause. (Subject to prior vetting and approval)

-Networking-

Networking can be lame. Do something awesome and meet new connections while you’re at it.

Teams over 20 get a complimentary booth space along the outer loop or entertainment corridor where our musical guests will be providing entertainment. Mingle and expand your B2B connections.

Your company will also be profiled with a picture, team size, blurb and the cause you are fighting for. See where you stack up against other businesses in KC!

Entry is $100 per team member and includes: charity pool entry, race entry, custom shirt, custom finisher medal (obstacle course finishers only), light refreshments and a beer at the finish line. Teams over 30 will also receive an exclusive MC hosted start time as a group and announcements for your company and charity.

Booth space and Obstacle Course start times are first come first serve. Minimum team size to compete is 5.

-Competition Details-

Your top five scores in each competition are scored for points -Official Rules-

In order to create a fair environment for all competitors’ exact challenge details will be released no less than 30 days prior to the event. Teams can choose when to finish the challenges throughout the day excluding the 5k Obstacle Course. Obstacle course start times are strictly enforced.

Physical Skill– The physical skill challenge will consist of an unique opportunity to show off your skills related to aim and accessible to all skill levels.

Brain Buster– Think your team is good a puzzles? We are teaming up with some local experts who are going to try to prove you wrong. Get the brain buster done in time and score big! This can be completed in groups.

Luck Challenge- Drop the puck into our giant 8ft tall Plinko board and see where the winds of fate carry you. Come on and get lucky with us.

Race Time– That’s what speed do. Ya, it wins points for your team. Get your athletic gear on and compete for the title and win for your cause.

-Obstacle Course Details-

The course for the CTC will be hosted at the KC Timber Challenge and be approximately 5 kilometers (3.1 miles) with well over 30 obstacles including our their soon to be announced massive construction project “Squatches Gauntlet”. The KC Timber Challenge is a permanent obstacle course located along the bluffs of the Kansas River. The course is cut through the woods, bluffs, rock walls and challenging terrain unique to obstacle course designs.

The KC Timber Challenge property has over 50 total obstacles over the whole course including 300 ft handheld zip lines, several mud pits, wrecked busses and much more.
